1. When hosting, do you make a plan or do you wing it ?
Hm good question! I'm a total planner! but I do love spontaneity! So it really depends on the occasion. But I typically have most of the tabletop planned out (linens, plates, flowers etc) and then I typically finish off the table with random objects from around the house, sometimes artwork, random veggies, nuts! I make sure every table has some funky and joyful objects on it, and if they spark conversation even better!
3. One go to dish- recipe- food that never fails?
Curry chicken! It's a family recipe with oat milk curry and lots of butter, served with rice & pineapple. It's simple, easy, and I always know it will turn out okay!
4. What is your poison ?
Overthinking, over-dreaming, over-imagining! I have no shortage of ideas floating around in my head and I have a tendency to take on more in my brain than I can actually physically handle. Over the years I've learned to execute fewer ideas in a flawless way than trying to pull off too much.
